This is Papa Miro's pet spider -- AKA "Freako". He hangs out at the front door. You can see how big he is (Rick's hand). TJ liked watching him. Karina is the one who named him Freako.

TJ decided he needed to help me water one day. Then he discovered the water in the tree well. He had too much fun playing in the mud!!

While in Lubbock we took a special trip to Texas Tech. The "man" above is made out of steel books.

Joyland Amusement Park

TJ had so much fun at Joyland, which is a small amusement park in Lubbock. His favorite ride was the rollercoaster. I was nervous he would be scared on it... instead he wanted to ride it over and over again!!! :)

Windmill Museum

We went to Lubbock for the afternoon when Joseph came to visit. We stopped at the Windmill Museum. The windmills were so huge and impressive. TJ enjoyed hanging out with his cousin Joseph.
